A Brief Introduction & Overview of the Company

Chris Busey has over 15 years of experience in the title industry. Chris is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the loan closing department. He is responsible for receiving and processing new title orders and obtaining all information needed for the closing. He assists in the preparation of the title commitments and clears any title issues prior to closing. Chris will communicate with all parties involved in the closing transaction to make sure everybody is clear on closing requirements. He will also conduct the closings, including disbursing the closing file and funds after the closing.
